Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Rutland

I have been going Rutland Sport Clips for over a year now and today I went in 35 minutes before their closing time to get a trim. I was entering my information to get on their list when a stylist waved her hand inches from my face to indicate I should stop entering in my information. She then stated that they are closed. I asked her if they closed at 6pm, (this time it was 5:25pm) she said yes, but they are full. There were 4 stylists that I could see, and 3 names on the board up next. She repeated that they were full several times, despite there still being time before closing. I left without receiving a trim and I am unsure that I will ever go back there. Terrible customer service - keep your hands out of customers' faces.

I tried to call and see if my beautician was working tomorrow and they no longer answer the phone. Am not happy with that I like to plan ahead.

😡 My son went for his back to school haircut at Sport Clips. The first stylist took a chunk out of his bangs then spiked it so I wouldn’t notice. Her fade one the sides and “lines” in the back were so crooked another stylist came over to clean him up. The next morning we saw his bangs and had to go back for another stylist to “fix” it AGAIN!!!!!! We are now banned from Sport Clips😂 As if
